The agreement is exclusive for Ementor and have a duration of 4 years, 2+1+1 (2 years + one year options for another two years). Estimate contract value over 2 years, MNOK 250.
The contract comprises delivery of IT-components divided into four product categories: servers, clients, network components and peripheral devices. In addition the contract will include associated services; such as a maintenance agreement, as well as options of installation and recycling services.
The agreement is subject to a notice period, which expires 15 November.
